Mission Statement

An important focus of the Parish Mission Action Plan is a Mission Statement – a statement that describes ‘the unique contribution the parish makes within its own context’. The adopted statement is as follows:

Our mission is to be a thriving Anglican community serving Northcote, Thornbury and beyond, where all are accepted, loved and encouraged. We welcome people of all cultures, ages, abilities and sexual orientations. We worship God and share his love through the sacraments, music and action.
